What are your hours?
Bliss Spa is open by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but we recommend booking ahead to ensure your preferred time.

When should I arrive?
Plan to arrive a few minutes early to unwind and prepare for your treatment. New clients will also complete a brief intake form.

What if I’m running late?
We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but arriving late may shorten your treatment time so we can stay on schedule for our next guest.

What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Massage: You’ll discuss any areas of focus or concern with your therapist, then undress to your comfort level. You’ll always be draped for privacy, and pressure can be adjusted throughout your session.
​
Facial: We’ll review your skincare goals, then customize a treatment that may include cleansing, exfoliation, massage, masks, and hydration.
Spray Tan: Your technician will step out for privacy while you change. You may wear spa wear, a swimsuit, or nothing at all—whatever you’re comfortable with.

What should I wear?
Choose comfortable clothing. For facials or massage, remove jewelry and secure long hair so you can fully relax.

Can I bring my kids?
For the comfort of all guests, we ask that children only visit the spa if they are scheduled for a service.
